Varna By Aarya is a proprietorship-owned online store selling sarees and related products, operating exclusively through this website — we currently do not have a physical retail store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. Given the value of the products we sell, and that orders are non-cancellable once payment is completed, we ask that only individuals aged 18 and above place orders with us.

4. Products and pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, in the event of a genuine pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, with a full refund issued to your original payment method.

5. Orders and payment

All payments on this website are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the product is prepared and shipped directly to the address you provided.

6. Order cancellation by you

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please review your order — including product selection, size, colour, and delivery address — carefully before completing your payment.

7. Order cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in situations including, but not limited to:

• The product becomes suddenly unavailable or out of stock
• Suspected fraudulent activity associated with the order
• A pricing or listing error
• Damage to the product discovered during our quality check, prior to dispatch

In any such case, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Shipping and delivery

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are not accepted for any reason once an order has been placed, except where the product received is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, and reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a full, uncut unboxing video. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this website — including but not limited to product images, photography, text, descriptions, graphics, and the Varna By Aarya logo — is the property of Varna By Aarya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this website by, any third party.
